PSA for SLO Vet Center is to provide a referral to the many veterans among our federal employee and contractor workforce towards counseling and other vital services during times of crisis.
This message is a public service announcement on behalf of the San Luis Obispo Vet Center which provides readjustment counseling services through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
The San Luis Obispo Vet Center provides readjustment counseling services to any Veteran who served in a conflict-area and anyone exposed to military sexual trauma while on active duty regardless of discharge status. The Vet Center also provides bereavement counseling to the families of Service members who died while on active duty. Counseling services are free, confidential and open to the family members of eligible Veterans and active duty Service members for military-related issues. Walk-in visits are welcome and appointments for evening and weekend hours are available.
