Facility Information
The Information, Tickets & Travel (ITT) Office introduces customers to a variety of information on the local area, including culture, and entertainment. ITT offices can assist customers in finding the right travel arrangements whether it is going home for a visit or that coveted vacation of a lifetime.
Need a hotel or a rental car? ITT can get all the information you want. So you don't know what to do? We can give you information on tours of all varieties and help you make a selection that not only fits your interest level, but your pocket as well. New to the area? Your ITT Office can get you started on your way to all the local excitement.

Discount Tickets and Hotel Vouchers
The ITT Office can provide tickets to all theme parks in your local area and around the country at substantial military discounts. Here at Vandenberg, we have tickets for many of the popular attractions around California, including Sea World, Disneyland, Six Flags and much more. To further help you coordinate your trips, we have a listing of hotels closest to many of the parks. Don't book any hotels without checking with the ITT office for the latest military special rates. Vandenberg Leisure Tour Cancellation Policy/Refunds
REFUND: Full refund is given on cancellation14 days or more before departure date for overnight, one-day and extended trips. Also a full refund is given if the spots can be filled through the backup list. After the deadline date, any charges assessed will be NON-REFUNDABLE expenses incurred on passengers' behalf for tickets, hotels, carriers or ground contractors.
NO REFUNDS: Are made for unused seats on chartered transportation (cruise ship and land tours operators). Penalties are SUBJECT to RULES of the carriers. Travel insurance is available upon request for cruises and land tours.
TOUR MEMBERS: Partial of FULL payment acknowledges acceptance of the above conditions.
TRIP CANCELLATION: Insurance is available and recommended only for extended vacation trips.
